Cabo is known for its beauty and natural splendor, which includes of course the wonderful rock formation known as “The Arch”. The arch is a popular tourist attraction, and draws thousands of visitors every year.
This distinctive rock formation is located near Lover’s Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Cabo San Lucas. Lover’s Beach offers relaxation and amazing swimming during the spring and summer months.
The arch is far older than the Baja Peninsula, and geological records suggest it may have existed for over 30 million years! When you finally arrive at the arch, you will have plenty of sights to behold. You may even be able to spot some whales and sea lions, but if you’re lucky, you will discover a secret beach under the arch itself.
This ultra-rare occurrence is only known to a few. Tourists have visited dozens of times in search of the secret beach, which only appears under certain weather and tidal conditions, once every many years.
If you’re lucky enough to see it, make sure you bring a camera with you. You will be able to walk under the arch, and take unique photos of one of the most iconic sights in the world. Of course, if the beach isn’t there, you will always have Lover’s Beach to enjoy.
Our captains can take you to the arch, and show you a wonderful time—whether you’re looking to go whale watching, sunset cruising, or fishing! Give us a call or contact us via mail!
